fishpatrolThe problem with attempting to be social is that it doesn't leave a lot time for the important things in life: like reading every post on my flist in detail and reading fic and re-recording the podfic that Audacity had the audacity to mangle. Pretending to be a normal person is so very tiring!
In fandom news, the weddings have lost their novelty, but this particular picture tugs at my heartstrings just a teeny bit and I can sort of see where the tinhatters are coming from. ;) (Oh, tinhatters. Just remember: the Jared and Jensen that you proclaim to love? Are probably nothing at all like their real-life counterparts. Also, somewhat unrelated, I am still squicked by the "Omg, they need to pop out a billion pretty babies, like, nao" comments. Marriage ≠ baby-producing -- and hey, maybe D&G want to advance their careers before getting chained down, hmm?)

I don't think I'll be able to get the podfic to you for beta-ing before the weekend! :x I'm hoping my housemates will be out of the house tomorrow evening and I'll be able to spend sometime engaging in the Important Things in my life. ;)
