3. I did want to post about Serious Business, but I spent the entire day reading Harry/Snape fics (it's lemniciate's fault, because it's always lemniciate's fault when I spend an entire day reading fic X3) and I'm in a total fic-induced daze and nothing hurts.

I was looking for the Glee version of Pure Imagination on Google (I love this song so, so much ♥ All covers/versions of it!), and the third link that comes up from the search is a J2 AU fic that appears to have nothing to do with either Glee or the song. Maybe it's a sign that I've been reading too much J2 fic lately and even Google is picking up on it (but the link wasn't to LJ, where I read most of my fic!) -- ahhhh, sentient-and-mind-reading Google!

I've been failing so much at writing up papers lately, I can't even-- /o\ It's hard enough to write up projects that you came up with yourself; writing up projects with fast-and-loose theory that you didn't come up with is even more difficult. The problem with procrastinating is that I end up doing so much useless shit (like, not even fandom!productive -- I can't remember the last time I even attempted to draw fanart :x) and absolutely nothing gets done. *tears hair out*

Ugh, you guys, it is such a bad idea to not start on a research paper (on an area that I'm barely familiar with) until the day it's due. *facepalms so hard*

I really, really like bunk beds (of all forms! \o/). There's just something wonderfully cozy about them. ♥ I try to keep the bunk-bed-squeeing to a minimum IRL, though, because apparently it's weird for a 20-something to like bunk beds :(((

I was so convinced that ( reference to the ending of Inception ), that I didn't consider how awesome it would be for the team to stay together and continue to go on (less risky :P) missions. I read a fic earlier today that made a reference to the group sticking together after the Fischer mission, and I really like that idea. I normally stay out of movie fandoms (I need a continuous canon!), but some of you guys are so enthusiastic that I'm starting to get sucked in. ...just a teeny bit. ;) I'm also starting to be convinced of the idea of Arthur/Eames. X3;;;; (for once I started off being a non-shipper! But you guys are influencing me! \o\)

I promised myself that I would get some work done tonight (I've been procrastinating like mad, lately -- the best way to stave off a I've-procrastinated-too-much-oh-god-looming-deadline induced panic-attack is to refresh LJ repeatedly -- and yes, this is a terrible, horrible, negative cycle that just cannot end well), but my flist exploded with SPN news from Comic Con (mostly thanks to ontd_spnparty) and I just couldn't resist reading the reports and the spoilers and watching the interviews and the illegally recorded gag reel (there's some awesome clips in this one! :> I can't wait for the full, HQ version). I am a bit D: at some of the spoilers, but I'll wait for the season to start before I go off the rails. ;)

What do you guys (the spoiler-lovers on my flist) think of the spoilers so far? How awesome is the gag reel? How much are you guys looking forward to Season Six (eee~~ [<-- this is a textual rendering of a high pitched sound of excitement and trepidation])? And most importantly: how is Jensen Ackles so damn perfect?

I sketched this while reading a journal article. I would read a couple of pages, sketch a bit, read a bit more, add another layer of pencil, and so on. I managed to finish the drawing and the article, so that's...somewhat productive? :D;; I'm going to overlook the fact that I spent most of the day lying on my bed, reading Merlin fanfiction. ;;;;

The flist is slow tonight. It's because you're all out doing fun things on a Friday night, isn't it? Rather than sitting in front of a computer, wondering what things you can do to procrastinate more before you absolutely have to start working on your project.

According to Wikipedia's entry on prophets: In Christianity "It is often associated with predicting future events, but in Biblical terms it is wider and can include those given the power to preach repentance to those who do not want to hear the message and to warn of God's wrath for disobedience." (emphasis mine) Now focusing on the emphasized phrase (because the second part isn't really relevant here), that would indicate Chuck's writing predicts Sam&Dean's actions.

Therefore: If Becky ~*persuades*~ (take that as you will) Chuck to write about Wincest, then it will occur.
