Need more blood in my sugar system

I've been experiencing waves of dizziness for...more than eight hours now. It was freaky at first, when I felt dizzy even as I was sleeping/(lucid) dreaming; now it's just getting annoying. I don't usually get dizzy spells, and this is the first time the dizziness lasted so long. It's a bit better now than it was a few hours ago -- this morning, I couldn't even get out of bed without feeling the world spin crazily.
I did a quick Google when I felt well enough to go on the computer, and it seemed that dizziness is often caused by low blood pressure -- did a blood pressure measure, and yep, my blood pressure is pretty low right now. Did some more Googling on low blood pressure and some of the things like seizure and lack of blood going to vitals (i.e. brain) were a bit startling. Hmm, I suppose I could get my body to stop working altogether if I popped one or two of my mother's medication for lowering high blood pressure.
I am now drinking a lot of water and eating chocolate cake. It's really good chocolate cake, but it's not doing much for the nausea that seems to accompany the dizziness. D:
