Leaves, leaves, and more leaves

+ Yesterday, my mom and I almost got lost in the woods during our hike. We took a couple of wrong turns and it was approaching 6pm (thankfully, sunset isn't until around 7pm) and we left my dad at the main park (and none of us were carrying cell phones) and I was starving (and of course the snacks were with my dad) -- but on the plus side, we got some great photos (and a good workout ;)).

+ In other news, I bought this drape/wrap sweater and I don't know how to wear it. ;;; Do I just let the long bits hang? The front bits are much too thick to tie together.

yeah, just let the sweater drape, i imagine something similar to this (http://www.clothinglowprice.com/Mossimo-Black-Women-Drape-Front-Cardigan-Sweater-Black/view-43855.htm). that looks really pretty!

I got a bit worried a couple of times because there were a lot of intersecting trails and some of them were really long, but thankfully we decided to turn back and retrace our steps and ran into some people who gave us directions back to the main park. I enjoy hiking in the woods though, so it was pretty fun overall, I must say. ;)

The simplest option -- awesome! :D I think I'll have to pair it with skinny jeans or something because it's really flowy, and I'm afraid it'll look odd with looser pants.

Omo they are so pretty. *-* I wish I lived where they had pretty landscape / scenery. :(

And yes you just let it hang (like this one (http://www.forever21.com/product.asp?catalog_name=FOREVER21&category_name=sw_cardigans&product_id=2078800821&Page=3&pgcount=25))! Some of them you are able to tie but since it's more of a sweater and not just a thin jersey knit you just let it hang. :)

You know, I often look at photos and feel like I can recognize the continent where they were taken (well, a continent about which I have a reasonable amount of knowledge :P). Like, your photos just scream North America to me. :P
