Heh, well at least you had a valid reason! I am 10 years removed from high school, I don't know what the deal is. The worst is when I can't find my locker and end up wandering through creepy empty hallways, and when I do find it I cannot remember the lock combo...
Looks like some people never escape school, even decades later! X3 My high school-related dreams always seem to involve taking the bus from school at night and missing it or getting off at the wrong stop or something. The subconscious works in mysterious ways! Did you ever forget your locker combo back in school? XD

Hmm, I probably did... but I've a feeling these dreams have less to do with actual HS memories and are more about the dealing with larger day-to-day anxieties and insecurities. Which is annoying because I'm completely aware of them and don't need my own brain throwing it back in my face :((((
