I was going to write this whole spiel about how we (me + the ~inestimable applegeuse) created this community, and how awesome it's going to be...but I have spent the last several hours creating banners, and coding, and my eyeballs hurt, SO, IN SHORT: 1) sign-ups for the challenge start today! COME SIGN UP. 2) newbie podficcers and ~seasoned podficcers are both welcome! (we provide hand-holding services for newbie podficcers). 3) Listeners, come join! Posting starts immediately as well and I can ~personally ~guarantee that there will be new podfic posted in the following week. 4) ♥~

And if you do decide to go with binding stuff into an anthology, I volunteer to do it or write up a tutorial - or just go through the steps with you on gchat or something because AUDIOBOOKS ARE LIKE CHOCOLATE TO ME. (And I convert everything anyway. It'll be nice to have it all ready-to-use.) <3 Oh! That's if you're using Windows. I am useless when it comes to macs. :

Woohoo, thanks! (and I see you've already picked out two fics for the challenge! HURRAH! secretly, we created this comm just to coerce entice you to record all of the fics~~~~~~)

We're going to make a post maybe near the end of the sign-up period to gauge interest in compiling an anthology. If we go the anthology/audiobook route, we'll definitely poke you for help! (but we both have Macs, haha, so things might get kind of tricky)
