It was my first time going to that particular yoga place, but I'd only ever gone to one other yoga class. I have a feeling I overdid it, because my friend said that she didn't experience much pain after her first yoga class. ^^;; I didn't go to a gym for this class, actually! A lot of yoga classes are held by community centres and organizations/groups and such, so maybe there might be one closer to your house? Also, you can drive now! ;)
