1. I saw trailers belonging to the director/producers/actors/stunts people for Warehouse 13 today, on my way to the library. I admit that I would be much more curious about where they were filming if Joe Flanigan was a regular cast member. ;)
2. Canadian-flisters: do you guys have any recommendations for no-fee credit cards? My current one is going to be replaced by a different one (with a worse reward system) in a couple of months and I'm thinking of switching banks.
3. One of my housemates has convinced me that I absolutely need to go traveling during the summer of my first year. China doesn't seem to be likely this year (maybe next year), so I'm considering Europe, maybe one of those student tours or something. What do you guys think? I am very inexperienced in the way of traveling, especially on my own, so I have no idea where to start, even.

There's a company that does adventure and volunteer programs around the world, but for the life of me, I cannot remember what it's called... I know the have one in the Ukraine, Australia, Brazil, Thailand, etc...
You do 2 weeks of volunteering, and then they take you travelling for 2 weeks (Australia I know that you travel along the coast and do random and cool adventure based stuff)...

I would probably be more interested in Warehouse 13 if Joe Flanigan were in it too XD

3. Yay traveling! Like the person above, I'm also not really a fan of organized bus tours. (Partly, I've heard a number of them end up being "party in all the European capitals" tours. Many people might enjoy that kind of trip, but I'm not one of them.) OTOH, I did really enjoy a Hop-on Hop-off bus tour I took in Scotland, which had the benefit of taking you to some out-of-the-way places and providing some traveling companions, but also let me customize my own trip and spend some time on my own (much needed, heh). I don't know how common those kind of companies are in Europe more generally, but there seemed to be a number of them in the UK. Eeee, trip-planning is so exciting! :D
