I painted the lineart of this the other day:



I'm fairly pleased with the hair and wings...but not much else. My watercolour skills are still very much mada mada dane.


I had a rough sketch for this one done a long time ago, but I didn't like the way it turned out. It was raining today, so I wanted to pull out the concept again and give it another shot.



I love school uniforms<3. I never got to wear one back in grade school, maybe that explains my fixation.
I colour like a kindergarden kid. Except I get the colours inside the lines about 15% times more than they do.

S-S-S-S-S-SOOOOOOOOO AWESOME! *________* I love how you're able to do the shadow'y effects on his pants. T-T And in the second picture it's so nice and yet messy'ish at the same time, which adds to the appeal somehow. *likes the idea of sharing an umbrella* ^______^

I messed up parts of his pants, but I didn't want to keep going at it with a brush because the paper started wearing through eventually... XD;; The messiness adds to the appeal? You have no idea how relieved I am hearing (well, reading) that! *hearts on you massively*

Personally, I hate sharing umbrellas (unless it's a ginormous golf umbrella) because at least half of me always gets soaked. But it's still super cute to see it in 2D form. ^__~
