1. I currently have this picture as the wallpaper for my iPod Touch. Every time I turn on my iPod, my brain stops and stutters a bit while I ogle. (Ahaha, oh, self *facepalm*). Also, speaking of iPods, I just upgraded to 3.0 last night and now I find out there's a 3.1.3. What. D:

2. Yesterday, for the entire day, the only time I wasn't feeling hungry was when I was eating. I was practically starving, in between meals. It was the weirdest thing ever (and also, extremely uncomfortable).

3. I keep losing track of what day it is. I blame the lack of structured classes (which I don't mind) and all the TV shows that I follow going on hiatus (which I do mind).

4. Mac-savvy flisters: if I have a Time Machine full of files and programs from a Macbook running Leopard and I'm getting a Macbook that runs Snow Leopard, should I transfer only the files and then reinstall each program individually? Would it be a bad idea to transfer third-party applications like Firefox through migration assistant (so that I can retain all my settings and history? Mostly, I just want the history)?

for 4... i've never transferred using Time Machine, so i don't know about that, but there's no reason to fear transferring your programs etc using migration assistant. it churns its stuff for hours, and then your new computer is just like your old as far as settings/programs/etc, but with the added bonus of being the new OS. ^_~

Oh, awesome, good to hear! Did you find any of your programs not compatible with Snow Leopard? (e.g. iWorks, Photoshop) I have to use Time Machine because this current laptop is getting shipped off and I'm getting a replacement. Hopefully all my data will transfer smoothly! *crosses fingers*

As long as all my apps keep working and I can still get new apps without downloading the upgrade, I'm good. But still! Seriously! Slow down, Apple!

Omg, I love Maru a ridiculous amount and totally show his videos to anyone who is remotely interested in cat!videos. I also show them to my mom to persuade her to get a cat, but she remains unconvinced, alas.

um, to be honest, you're not going to notice any major changes from leopard -> snow leopard. a few minor changes (i can't even remember what) and mostly just a lot of backend stuff. i don't think there'd be any program affected, no.

i hope the transfer goes well, too! i've been curious about time machine's functions in that regard since my hard drive died. =X in theory, it should work magic, so... ^_^;;
