A Fly Problem

I think a fly just flew into my light fixture and died. I whacked a fly with a shoe and I think it split in half. I didn't check. There are so many flies in the house right now, and I don't know where they're coming from. :\ (yes, outside, but how are so many of them getting in?) We had an ant problem last month, but they're gone now. I wonder if there are such things as fly traps? Should I buy a venus flytrap?? Why is it that I have so many bug problems that it deserves its own tag??

Will be seeing HP5 tomorrow (for the longest time, I kept forgetting which movie it was supposed to be: GoF, OotP, or HBP -- clearly, I fail as a fan XD;;). I would totally wear my Slytherin scarf...only I think I may get heatstroke.

Naah I got the shirt made from China years ago (finally found an occasion to wear it lol XD;; ) I'm thinking of getting a table for AN '08, ahhh it's gonna be so much fun!!! XD XD

Ooh, I'm going to China in a few weeks -- maybe I should have some custom shirts made. >:D *ponders* A table in artist's alley? I hear they fill up fast, so good luck! :)

Oh you DEFINITELY should get some custom shirts made!!! XD Oohh I can't wait to read what you'll see and taste in China~!! Hope you'll catch an anime con there (Like I did lol)!! I haven't been back in over three yrs... T_T

Yesh the tables do fill up uber fast. I checked the site for last year's art table info, and it seems that all the tables AND the waiting list were filled within a day!! :O

You were able to go to a con in China?? I've always wanted to go to a con in an East Asian country since anime/manga is so big over there compared to Canada. XD What city was it held in? Maybe there will be one in Shanghai when I go. *crosses fingers* X3
I haven't been back in three years as well. Ideally, I'd like to go back to China once every two or three years. Pity the plane tickets are so expensive though -- and the passport-getting process is so annoying. :\

I remember there were some massive bitch-fests over at anime_north because of people not getting spaces and all that. XD

I went to an anime con in Nanjin (my home town). I saw a big advertisement board for it, and it had some pretty manga drawings on it. If you care to read more, here's my old journal post: http://blacklilly.livejournal.com/29339.html

I'm sure that if there's an anime con in Nanjin, there'll be one in Shanghai! :D It's especially helpful if you know anyone in Shanghai who's an anime fan, because I found that some good manga/anime stores (especially yaoi ones) are really hard to find since they usually dun have websites.

Ahhh unfortunately I dun remember the store name or the address (only that it's in Nanjin) ;___;
Ask your cousin about where to find rare manga and magazines!!! XD XD My source isn't a yaoi fan either, but the store he led me to had a very wide selection, with a couple shelves dedicated to BL (yaoi) :D
